no Jedi don’t know the maine caucus system. The way he describes it is false.
The entire caucus elects the delegates right after the straw poll ... only 1% leave. Why would they leave if they move right from straw vote to delegates? The caucus attendees vote on the delegates from among themselves. Same as MN probably ... Maine has no proportional allocation like Iowa, however.

Pete Hate to correct you. Below the t=shirt is a link to the rule. RULE 15-B-2. Click on it. Maine is before April first therefore it is proportional too, (and so is Florida)
