It wasn’t that. It was because the republican party did absolutely nothing to let the voters know where the caucuses would be or when. Supposedly the problem was a lack of money but I can’t help but wonder a little if this was deliberate.
Apparently, they had many problems in 2008 and were going to fix them.....
