D*mn!! It looks like Newt needs a minor miracle. I wonder if the Good Lord has finally turned against America? The contest looks like it is about to become one of “The Divine One” versus the wearer of magic underwear.

Usually when a politician announces he won’t quit a race, it’s only a matter of a few days or a week before he does.

When is Florida going to officially take those 50 delegate votes away from Romney that he didn't earn and split them between him and Newt? They are in violation of the rules that states only FL primaries held on or after April 1 is "winner take all".

Waiting...waiting...waiting...

Romney won Nevada in 2008 with 51% of the vote.

In 2008 Ron Paul was 2nd with less than 14%.

Everyone should keep that in mind when seeing tonight's result.

Why would anyone even speculate that Newt would be dropping out in the first place? Absurd. The electorate is 25% Mormon! Nevada means absolutely nothing. Newt could spend $100 million and still lose. The elites are chomping at the bit for Mittens to be reigned champ.

On deck for him are contests on Tuesday in Colorado, Minnesota and Missouri. His organizational structure is not evident within the first two states.

Uh, hello? Are we out of money? No campaign organized? How do we expect him to have a chance?

The left chose Robamney for us last fall, which is when I made that declaration.

It will be Robamney, someone they know will not do anything against the banksters, that is a RINO, that is a socialist-light, that will support all the leftists social policies, and that will lose the election anyway.

I won’t vote for him. Sorry. I’m done with having liberals and leftists narrowing down my choices. I’ll write in a candidate before I vote for another DemocRAT-light.

The very next letter for donations I get from the RNC I’m going to put a coupon for Tucks Medicated Pads in it and mail it back. They are screwed.

Drop out?! At least wait until you get to Michigan. I don’t want a choice between Romney...and Romney. It’s as bad as only having McCain.

Ron Paul supporter is going nuts because they won’t let him into the room. Apparently he voted earlier and now he is angry they won’t allow him in.

I know we still have a long way to go with Clark county but I am just getting a little ticked off by the “significant” win by the “inevitable” candidate. We are talking about 10 delegates, 10 DELEGATES for heaven's sake!! Give me a break. The media is banking on the fact that the American public is stupid, that most people don't understand the process. And you know what, they would be right. It is up to US to make sure that they do!

I’ve been away from the news a couple days and didn’t read any other comments in this thread, but this has to be among the stupidest headlines I’ve read this year. Who in the world ever seriously thought Newt would drop out because of a loss in Mormon-heavy Nevada, a state Romney carried in 2008 and was surely going to him this time? Just a couple days ago, Newt was talking about riding this thing all the way to the convention floor, and I think he’s serious about that. Whatever rumor there may have been out there probably came from the same source that said Trump would be endorsing Newt.
