How does a judge determine Obama was “born in the USA” when he was presented with evidence of a FRAUDULENT birth record??
Funny how our judicial system works isn't it? The freedom of 350 million Americans, if not the free world, rested in the hands of one judge. He could have simply followed procedures already set down and entered a default judgement. Instead, he became an attorney for the defendant. Just one man with courage, that is all we asked for, and still, that one man will not come forth.
I am getting more convinced that God is responding to Reverend Wright's demand to curse this nation. He said openly in church that he wanted God to damn America. Obama attended that church, and America made him the president. America, by its choice, endorsed Reverend Wright's public request to God. Yes, we are being damned by God. The courage of good men, just men, Godly men, is not be found in this nation anymore.
Because the plaintiffs actually said that for the purpose of the hearing they agreed that Obama was born in Hawaii. So the judge took them at their word and said that Obama was born in Hawaii.

'never tendered or qualified as experts'and dismissed the (BC/SS#) evidence based on the
lack of probative value. My understanding is, since Obama wasn't represented in this case, there could be no affirmation of the qualification of plaintiff's witnesses, so the plaintiff's evidence was of questionable/no legal value.
