Nah, I agree. I hadn’t seen the vid when making post 3.
I was mainly referring to the fact that she did not use the knees for more leverage - the typical female push-up.
But, after watching the vid, she is doing half reps...
To me a proper push-up is nose to the ground. That is what is used for testing in militaries etc.
Military uses arms at a 90 degree level.
