What is it about publicly posted instructions you don't understand? If the police had NO PROBLEM with it, then it was perfectly within the cashier's right AND her job description to follow company policy and procedure...with which the law enforcement people obviously agreed or they would have done more than simply walk away.

I missed that. You are right. It is within the vein of “no shoes, no shirts, no service.”

I stand corrected. Even with the cops there, the company’s policy is clearly stated, and should be completely within the law.

I do think political correctness will be our undoing.
