Heard this comment on CNBC (Cramer) yesterday about the Facebook IPO. It had to come out now because those who will be getting registered stock as part of the IPO must hold that stock for six months before they can sell. Six months is important because they want to ensure they have the opportunity to sell under the Bush tax cut rules which will probably go away.
I guess most of the facebook soon to become multimillionairs love O zero...but not to the extent of paying his “fair share” taxes.
We all know in Florida no State income taxes or inheritance tax.
As for the Kennedy's no being part of the Palm Beach scene is a lie.
