IMO nobody should even try to make any predictions prior to Judge Malihi rendering his decision. I certainly don't intend to do so.

A "ballot decision"? There are three challenges before a Georgia Administrative court contesting the Constitutional eligibility of presidential candidate Barack Obama who is seeking to be placed on the ballot in that State and that decision is looming. I wouldn't call that a "ballot" decision, but you can if you want to.

All I can say is...he can do any number of things.

The question should be...will he? Only time will tell.
