Republican National Committee’s own rules which state that no contest can be winner take all prior to April 1, 2012. (See attached RNC memo.)

That was my understanding.....but I guess the RNC will make up the rules as it goes along. Like checking signatures with a fine tooth comb in Virginia to keep Newt off the ballot.

Yea I’m surprised that they don’t give back Florida’s Delegates just to mess with Newt!
