The TEA PARTY is for NEWT Gingrich.
NO enthusiasm for Romney.
NONE!
Its all establishment and manufactured.
RINOS be damned. The GOP can GTH and take Romney with it.
I agree with you 100% Onyx, But you know....I am strangely not all that upset, I learned back in the 2000 election that Florida voters, really are a joke, and I believe you pointed out that Georgia has more delegates than Florida, so I say we can sell the Sunshine state back to Spain for all I care, we got 46 more states to go, and lets get to them!
Oh and Romney, take a look at my tagline pretty please, that is your Untied Convention.
This was our Battle of the Coral Sea, it hurt both sides bad, we are heading towards our Battle of Midway, where we WILL Fight back against the RINO's that are waging war against us Conservatives (and Romney's anti-conservative coalition is starting with Allen West), and we WILL win!
IStrangely, I’m not upset either. Arrogrant Romney spent $17,000,000 smearing Newt Gingrich and now Santorum is piling on. Good to know that both are Establishment. Newt is all alone carrying the TEA Party.
The GOP can GTH and go the way of the Whigs, because they’re little different from the demonic-rats as this primary is proving.
You are so right Onyx, as a matter of Fact, I would like to donate again to Free Republic, I would Like to be a dollar a day member, but do you know of that would create a **** ton of entry’s on my Bank Statement? or would I be better off, going monthly?
I plan to vote in the primary for Gingrich. However, I will crawl across glass to vote on anyone except 0bama.
If Romney gets the nod, I still will vote for him. Four years of 0Bama will be disastrous.
I would be betraying my country not to vote against you know who.
“I will never vote for Romney!”
Well thank God for that.
I can never vote for Romney.
I can, however, vote against Obama. If it comes to Romney and Obama, I expect to vote for the candidate who isn’t Obama who has the best chance of winning. I also expect Obama to win, at that point.
I pray it won’t come to that. I’m no fan of Gingrich, but I don’t expect there to be another viable choice before the convention. I hope he keeps in the race for the long haul.
Perhaps there will be a dark horse miracle at the convention, but I think this one is over. The same Republican Party that brought us Bob Dole and John McCain will put forth Romney, and plead for more money and support once Obama wins, and win he will, for a real Leftist will garner more support than an ersatz one.
Dark days, indeed.
There will be plenty of time for the non-Romney voters to come up with a list of options, of what to do in place of the top of the ticket vote, that we would normally make.
Because someone said that Romney and Obama were the same and there were no differences. Just to be honest, I think statements like that are a bit far fetched. I gave money to Newt and Bauchman. I even thought about giving to Perry. It would seem obvious that whoever gets the GOP nod is not the same as Obama. I live in CA, the nomination will be in cold storage long before they get to me. One of my guiding principles is that both parties are going over the falls, but Pubbies paddle slower.
If the realistic choices are Romney or Newt Gingrich I will hold my nose and vote for Romney.
Yes he would pick candidates more favorable to any Obama would pick.
In my humble opinion, Romney is Obama with a legit birth certificate.
*****************************
I don't know. It's frustrating, particularly when I fear that one of my sisters voted for him yesterday.
I will not cast a vote for Romney nor against Obama. No one yet has been able to explain to me, when comparing both mens’ records exactly how they are not the same guy.
IBTZ. ZZZZZZZZZZZZZoooooooooooooooottttttttttt.
ping for later
HUH
Romney has appointed mostly liberal judges to the bench.
Next point you raised.
Romney throws it Govt health care to the states, yes and the state of MA ignored the will of the people much like when they passed homosexual marriage.
Tax rates will not go as high, I noticed you said not as high so yo do expect taxes to go up under Romney and looking at his past record he did raise them.
I asked any Romney voter or supporter to point out 5 issues which are different to obama’s and not once have you pointed even one issue out, not one.
I lived up in MA when he was Gov, my wife is from there and has family there and her family hate the Govt health care and are paying fines instead.
Romney has done nothing for the republican cause let alone conservative cause, he never runs on what he has done because it is all liberal and to be voted in as Gov in probably the mist liberal state in the union takes some going and cannot be done unless he is a liberal.
Those sitting at home who voted for him last night showed how ignorant an stupid they are.
They sat there watching his lying AD’s and then they watched FOX and heard all the talking heads like Coulter, Hannity the wimpy establishment etc put down Romney but not one of these ignorant dumb Romney voters actually took the time to look at his record, to look at how he was a Gov and how he ran to the left of Kennedy, yes running to the left of kennedy and now these idiots think he is a conservative
The polls showed that these people voted to defeat obama first and foremost and guess who put that lie out?
Yes the establishment their guy and FOX.
I’m in FL and have spoken to many and the ones who voted for Romney have already stated that if they knew what I had just told them then they would not have voted for him .
I and my family will never vote for Romney and there are a few around here saying the same and trust me they will not.
Romney stood there last night saying we will unite,
NO WE WON’T not after his lying crap and attacks he and the establishment did.
What they did was unforgivable to us and they overplayed their hands because they need people like me who get out the vote, to gives money and who gets votes in this swing state
So Romney might as well save his money because he will never win FL without the base and the base is staying away from voting Romney
If the establishment thinks that they can put a decent VP there and we’ll be sucked in again then they are again making another mistake, we went wiht it in 2008 not again
Well, that nails it. You should vote for Obama, he is much more conservative than Romney. Good luck with that.
