Archbishop Dolan should have known better than to trust someone who attended Jeremiah Wrights Church for 20 years and never heard any hatred out of Wright.

0bama and his friends have already forced the Catholic church out of adoption services by requiring the Church to allow gays to adopt. The church refused to comply and can no longer provide adoption services.
The Church has been in retreat on the most compelling moral issues of our times for at least a generation.
Well this may take the calling in of Rome/Vatican to call 1600 PA Avenue.

Recently, Kathleen Sebelius has run afoul of Archbishop Joseph F. Naumann of Kansas City in Kansas. The bishop has told the governor that she “should stop receiving Communion until she publicly repudiates her support of abortion. In a column for his diocesan newspaper, Naumann wrote that he was particularly outraged by Sebelius’ veto of an antiabortion bill, which she--and nearly every legal scholar who examined it--believed was unconstitutional.
Naumann dismissed Sebelius’ insistence that she personally opposes abortion, and her assertion that because of her pro-adoption policies and improvements in public health services for pregnant women, Kansas’ abortion rate has declined significantly. The prelate said that in a private conversation he’d had with Sebelius, the governor said she was “obligated to uphold state and federal laws and court decisions related to abortion.” Naumann said he demanded that she show “a similar sense of obligation to honor divine law.”

Obviously this is written from a very liberal slant, but even they reported what Bishop Naumann told her.

The Church has brought this on themselves by not excommunicating baby killers like Nancy Pelosi. And for their open borders stance as well. The Bishops have bent over for the DemocRATS for so many years, and on so many issues, Obama and the DemocRATS know that the Catholics will get in line before November.
