You are incorrect. Paterno reported an account of the events as told to him by McQueary to both athletic director Tim Curley (Paternos boss) and Gary Schultz, THE HEAD OF THE CAMPUS POLICE.
Either get your facts straight, or quit being a dimwit and/or a liar, whichever applies. Gary Schultz was the V.P. of the school, part of his responsibilities was to oversee the campus Police. He WAS NOT a law enforcement official of any kind. He was merely a school administrator. Therefore, it was not reported to the police, either technically or figuratively. The V.P. might go to prison, for not reporting it to THE POLICE.
