That poll was actually on the 16th. By the 18th-20th, every poll including Rasmussen had Gingrich in the lead.

To place your dated poll in perspective here are the followup polls. Newt was on the rise in SC whereas he's struggling in FL right now. With luck maybe an overnight turn around is possible. We'll see.
