But would His people heed His call? How shall He hear us until we are broken in spirit and turn, on time, fully, and with a seriousness enough to repentance to last daily, and for a life time. He knows. When will He relent? When we repent. Crying out is not quite the same as first humbling ourselves to repentance, huh?
