The only people who are obsessed about race are those who filter their own lives through a prism that accentuates victim hood. Brewer’s problem is not about Obama’s race but his policies. I realize there is racism out there but it is not limited to the white community. In my lifetime it has diminished to the point of being more embarrassment than barrier. The African American community in this country will never completely move forward until they start looking in that direction instead of one hundred years in the past and stop following “leaders” who are more interested in keeping conflict alive for personal reasons than burying it
