I think if you are trying to stimulate kids to think about the structure of government you should work on the audio portion. Your presentation has a monotone male which does not engage the listener. (I almost thought it was computer generated.)
Maybe change the speaker to represent the different branches. Alternate male and female voices and add inflection to instill passion. Passion should be instilled in celebrating the ideas of our forefathers! They created an amazing concept of governance!
Possibly music would help here too. in describing the monarchy some British royal songs and then American Patriotic chords as you consider the branches of the republic.
I felt the presentation lacked passion and that I was listening to an engineer or a chemist describe philosophy.
If you wish to energize the viewer you need to consider words other than, “tensor” to make the connection to, “We the people” How will a kid even know that word?
As an educated adult I learned nothing and from the viewpoint of someone being exposed for the first time, I felt nothing. Our “Great experiment” deserves an exaltation!
Please know that I appreciated the thought you put into this but you asked for feedback and mine would be to tell the story from your heart and soul rather than your left brain.

Different learning styles, different teaching styles. So much negativity regarding peripheral, easily remedied matters and so little acknowledgment of an elegant new visualization tool. Your written presentation leaves much to be desired as well.
Teacher, teach thyself.

good comments with the exception of the using of heart and soul and feelings... i understand the desire to make it passionate, but i think it would work and should work the way the founders intended, with a logical approach.
my ownly criticism would be to add a way that would show that the people were in charge rather than being on the bottom tier... sort of a lateral scale with a balance between the will of the people and the oppressive yolk of government...
all in all a good model, simplifying by spreading it out a little or minimizing the number of “feeders” would help to see the workings.
great job.

Thank you for the feedback. I agree with your critique. In this case I needed to get it out because I have legislation before the NH House which I’m doing follow-up videos to argue for.
It does deserve more passion. I’ll keep your points in mind in for the future.
