I just hope JR can contact Matt and smooth things over.
I just checked and the link to FR is back up. Could we cool it?
I listened to Rush both Thursday and Friday.
Thursday he was a sailboat in the storm. Either he’s the best actor I’ve listened to, or he was genuinely perplexed by the deluge of anti-Newt stories that day.
He did notably, explain why he was defaulting toward not challenging the stories, by placing the entire reason on his own belief in the perceived impeccable credibility of Elliot Abrams.
Rush was not in attack mode while the RINO establishment was. He was being careful, though sympathetic to the Mitt side.

Friday I made a point of listening again - and Rush started his show, with extensive coverage of subsequent information (since his Thursday show) that the very same Elliot Abrams had based his criticisms of Gingrich - on incorrect quotes.
At times, Rush almost sounded like he would defend Newt, but in the end he did not. I did however come away with the impression the events of the two days, had moved him slightly toward Newt.
Far cry however, from what Drudge did.
Sure in one way, we’re all on the same side. Gingrich. Rush. FR. Even Romney.
But we’re not in “let’s all get along” season.
It’s primary season. We’re in a fight. Drudge just put on an opposing jersey.
His mistake.
Pick a lane.
We can all hug later. After we beat them.
