Sorry,but I visit Drudge many times a day, it’s how I found Free Republic which I love. Loosing the link from Drudge doesn’t help this site but isolates us. Bad idea by a few newt zealots hurts the majority of us , thanks.
Taking the link off isn’t isolating anyone... the people here who oppose boycotting Drudge, which I think everyone will agree won’t shut him down, but will be a show of conservative unity and strength, are like the democrat minority voters whom the democrats control because they have convinced them they have nowhere else to go. They believe Drudge is all they have... you don’t reward people for lying on you... you don’t stick with them when they act in an unprincipled manner.
BTW, those people who are showing the links currently on Drudge for pro-Newt stories, why do you think they are there NOW? And weren’t yesterday. Because people like us kept our mouths shut or didn’t raise our voices? I think it was because we stood up and exerted what little clout we have... and it needs to become a habit.
I agree with you this is ridiculous.
