I think it was damage control-one bad word from Rush and Matt’s site would suffer (friendship thing as well-Matt gets out stories that Rush gives him vice versa). Matt has been unprofessional by posting videos which were in of editing. No one with integrity would have put that video up like that. That is a legitimate complaint; so very disappointing that Rush said that.
How exactly was a short, boring, amateurishly chopped up video of Newt posted on YouTube in December that still had almost no hits “trending?” It was one thing and one thing only, the attempt of opposition researchers to dig up any obscure thing they could to make Newt look bad. Please show me one place that video was posted before it went on Drudge that could have made it “trending.” Let’s nevermind that Norm Coleman’s saying Romney would not repeal Obamacare never made it to Drudge at all.
