US Citizens are naturalized or natural born

I completely agree.

Naturalized = Made a citizen by some man made law.
Natural born = No man made law required to be a citizen.

What some people don't seem to understand is that you can be naturalized at birth. Therefore you are a citizen at birth, but you are still a naturalized citizen, and not natural born citizen.

If any man made law is required to be considered a citizen of a country - you are a naturalized (statutory) citizen of that country. The only time that there is no law declaring you a citizen, is when you are born in a country, and both of you parents are citizens of that country.

Look at the combinations.
Born of 0 citizen parents in the country.
Born of 1 citizen, and 1 alien out of the country.
Born of 1 citizen, and 1 alien in the country.
Born of 2 citizens, out of the country.
Born of 2 citizens, in the country.

Guess what - that's right - there are statutes covering all the scenarios above - except one! The last one!

Why isn't there one? Because it's not needed. In the last situation you are a citizen under 'natural law' (ie. natural born), and no man made law is required.

The irony of the situation is that obozo might have a better chance of being considered natural born if there were no father listed on the birth certificate.

14th Amendment:
Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.

Oh, and putting religious issues aside, all laws are manmade.

I will be convinced when the Supreme Court agrees with you and codifies your opinion. Until then we effectively have only persons who are citizens at birth and those persons who are aliens at birth and at some point after naturalize.
