I wouldn’t be caught dead in a city of any size for any real length of time.
Largest would be Olympia, Wa.....for about 2 hrs at a time.
I live in a metropolis of around 150.
Olympia has a fetish for roundabouts and Eurosocialism and a fairly high tolerance for derelicts and potheads, but it is a civilized place. I think it would be hard for the thug population to reach critical mass. I’m a native but I live over 15 miles into the country.
Do you live in WA? Do you realize that we no longer have a representative government, that we are being governed by boards and commissions full of NGOs? Do you realize that these unelected boards are flying helicopters over rural properties to inspect and photograph activity on these farms and large pieces of property?
It is full out war between rural property owners and the coalition of NGOs, politicians and crony capitalist partners, all lined up against the rural citizens.
