Thanks for the update.

I guess from the lawyers’ perspective, they did okay.

The inability to completely clear SSgt Wuterich demonstrates the negative influence politics has on the interpretation of fact. But in the end, Murtha did not get what he wanted. Regrettably, the rein of persecution persisted beyond his death.
