Turkey Tacos, yick.

Also, Rachel Ray goes on my "Do not Watch" list, now. I'll mention it to my (conservative) father, he watches her show because he thinks she's cute.

Just a week ago we took 5 pounds of fresh turkey breast, chopped it up, turned it into great taco meat using our own blend of spices and stuff, and 'maters, with green chilies to make it HOT.

Served it on brand new tacos fresh roasted in the oven, with guacamole sauce, beans, cheese, lettuce ~ had the kids over.

ATE IT ALL!
