I just got off the phone with Dean Haskins who was in the courtroom this morning assisting with the Art 2Pac live stream. Judge Malihi talked to the attorneys in chambers before the hearing this morning and told them that he was going to enter a DEFAULT JUDGMENT against Obama and recommend that Obama’s name not be on the Georgia ballot! All of the attorneys expressed a desire to put an abbreviated streamlined case on the record and the judge agreed.

That is VERY good news. Once the ball is flipped into the Obama court, it places the burden of proof (of eligibility) on him.

Obama obviously did not and cannot prove he is eligible for office, but he did prove he’s a wimp and won’t try to defend himself. It’s time to forge ahead and challenge the ballots in the other states.

Obama gave up his opportunity to prove he is eligible, so he no longer has a right to submit evidence to either this judge or any appeals court. He is stuck with the facts of this case.
