My concern, Jim, is that there may be some truth to women not liking him.
Several women I know, who would walk over hot coals to vote against Obama, have said they’d vote for Gary Johnson or even Barry if Newt is the nominee.
Now, it could just be all talk, and they may well come around, as many Freepers themselves have (nobody here was rooting for Newt in August)...but it still worries me a bit.
I’m in no way saying to go for Romney, just that if it’s Newt, we might have an uphill battle.
“..there may be some truth to women not liking him.”
BS RINO proaganda meant to sow “concern” and doubts.
That sure didn’t happen in the SC primary, did it?

there may be some truth to women not liking him....It came from the MSM. It ain’t true.
They are simply uniformed and taking their stance with the talking points of the media who is now pushing this. It's the Obama counter attack from those saying.."Anybody but Obama".
If these women you know personally are actual conservatives in all other circumstances, pointing out the following could be helpful.
He may not be your first choice, but there will be 2 possibly 3 judgeships on the supreme court to be appointed. Newt will only be there 4 possibly 8 years, but these judges are lifetime appointments. One of Newts strongest campaign promises is to clear the benches of liberal judges who legislate from the bench, and replace them with judges who follow the rule of law in the constitution. Don’t let Obama be the one to make these appointments as your childrens children will be affected by their rulings. Do it for your children and their children. It really isn’t all about who you like, its about who will do the right thing. God, Country, Family, Self. The proper order of things. Don’t let them make it about themselves. (btw- I am a woman and this is a huge issue for me. I am SICK of legislating from the benches!!)
