Was it coincidence that Sheldon Adelman had Art Laffer give a talk in his ballroom one month and Newt Gingrich the next?

They were fund raisers for LOCAL grassroot conservative causes.

Newt Gingrich has been working grassroots all around the country for years, not lobbying.

Most of these grassroots organizations have Newt to thank for their origin. They are the Tea Party.

Yes, I agree with you. The signs are there and for me it’s just been one candidate trashed to far. (A paraphrase of a Bridge to Far ;-) )

It’s been obvious for quite a few years that the GOP takes us for granted as if we have nowhere else to go. And when it becomes glaringly obvious that they as well as the democrats don’t want a certain candidate... Well, THEN it makes it even easier to rally behind Newt.
