That already is the law. They can become citizens if they serve in the military. Has been that way for decades.
What are you referring to? If illegal aliens can already join the military and become citizens, what is the need for a new Dream Act law to allow them to do that?
The silliness of this is that the country has met recruiting quotas during these military conflicts, but they now propose a big incentive for illegals to enlist, and they're also discussing force reductions.
