Wow. I guess Newt was legally about to call Romney's bluff. Excellent!

From earlier statements and reports, I had expected even those to be covered under Non-Disclosure Agreement.

Good on Newt's ex-employer for releasing it to the public. I expect CNN to mischaracterize the contents of it. More fodder for Newt's cannon.
