Don’t put words in my mouth. I said Paterno was “complicit” and as guilty as the rest. You apparently hold the man as a saint and idolize him.If I’d been Paterno, Sandusky would have not only been fired (which he wasn’t) he would have been in jail a long time ago(which he isn’t now)
You asked me not to put words in your mouth and I sincerely apologize if I did. Please return the curtesy and don’t assign feelings or thoughts to me...I don’t idolize Paterno nor do I consider him a “saint.”
We disagree. I don’t hold Paterno as guilty as Sandusky. Sandusky committed the heinous acts/crimes. The focus isn’t on him or the network of secrecy that allowed him to continue to commit those crimes. Paterno is way down on my list as to those who should be held responsible or considered complicit for Sandusky’s crimes.
