I don’t call everyone I disagree with a RINO, only RINOs and don’t often resort to calling them that, by nature I’m not a name caller and don’t usually resort to it but at times it appeals to me to call someone a name but not as a personal attack and the name communist means something else to me, I don’t think Rinos are there yet, and I would have no idea of what a “Zipper Head” might be and don’t think I would use it even if I knew, it sounds “dorky”. Are you the definition monitor and are you going to have me zotted? I’m really into “SAVE AMERICA” conservation instead of being corrected by someone I don’t know who perceives themselves to be some kind of “hall monitor”
Again, one more time ~ we are working within the Republican party. It's a coalition. There are people in it I don't like, and others you don't like.
There have been remarkably few real RINOs over the last 20 years ever since we began running LIFELONG Republicans for office in the South ~ we just don't need Conversos to run for us.
The collapse of the Republican party in New England has been obvious for quite some time. We'd need to import Republicans into that region to get control. Romney, in fact, was such an import, and was, in fact, a lifelong Republican, as was his daddy, but he wasn't a UTAH MORMON ~ which makes all the difference. He's never going to be what folks expect.
As industry has relocated FROM New England, their management class has gone with it leaving behind nothing but insurance companies, lawyers, doctors, beer joints and public schools (which are in turmoil).
Scott Brown is a lawyer. One daughter is a doctor.
They are your typical upper middle class New England family. Far removed from farming, factories, extractive industries or even commercial fishing, it's really difficult to get them to go along with real Republican program.
