Just saw Britt saying how electing Newt will cause the GOP to lose the house. Excuse me.....say what??!!?
I used to love Britt too, but now I’m very disappointed with him as well as Fox News in general.

Yes, me too. In general though i hate to see this kind of blatant media manipulation and favoritism, whether it comes from the left, the center, or the right. All the media have become too powerful and too willing to abuse that power, to shape the news to their own liking rather than simply covering it.
And that seems to be the case here with Fox News. Looks like long ago they doubled down on Romney winning and have been busy positioning themselves to take advantage of a Romney vs Obama match-up; ie, stocking their on-screen talent with many who are favorable to Romney and at the same time making sure they are well connected to his campaign in order to get the scoop on any news coming out of his camp. So a Newt win would not only throw all their manoeuvrings out of whack but moreover i imagine his people might not be all that chummy with Fox considering how they have treated him. Therefore they have to try to downplay Newt's win while trying to somehow bolster Mitt back up.
