Yes, me too. In general though i hate to see this kind of blatant media manipulation and favoritism, whether it comes from the left, the center, or the right. All the media have become too powerful and too willing to abuse that power, to shape the news to their own liking rather than simply covering it.
And that seems to be the case here with Fox News. Looks like long ago they doubled down on Romney winning and have been busy positioning themselves to take advantage of a Romney vs Obama match-up; ie, stocking their on-screen talent with many who are favorable to Romney and at the same time making sure they are well connected to his campaign in order to get the scoop on any news coming out of his camp. So a Newt win would not only throw all their manoeuvrings out of whack but moreover i imagine his people might not be all that chummy with Fox considering how they have treated him. Therefore they have to try to downplay Newt's win while trying to somehow bolster Mitt back up.
The enemedia birthed him, nurtured him and got him elected. Until they are fully discredited, they will just be able to build the next Obama when he's gone.

Obama will say: “7 debates are too many it is the Republicans fault that we can’t have any”. The press will applaud his courage.
I’m sure the main stream media will pull out all the stops protecting their candidate but as long as the swing states (Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Florida, Colorado, Missouri, etc.) have access Obama is a goner.
There is that nasty little court case in GA next week, too.

You leave out the important detail, Lincoln Douglas style debate. There is no moderator, just a time keeper. Each speaker gets some pre set time, sya 10 min. on any topic he wishes, then the other speaker gets a 10 min. rebuttal. Then the guy that went second in that round goes first in the next,setting the topic of discussion.
Obama would melt into a pile of sweat about the third go round. Can you just picture the yabba dabba hu huhhhh, ahhh's.

I noticed that in his victory speech......Most people just watch the news and have never heard of Alinsky.....Newt is gonna force the issue.....Tie them together at the hip!....MSM will have to spin like a top to prevent vetting Obama this time...
Newt should make it simple.
I will debate you on CNN, ABC and PBS.
However, I pick the 4th debate, and I want it fox and I want Kelly, crowley and ingraham as the moderators.
I agree that for any debates Obama might have with Newt the procedure will be so sanitized by Obama enablers that it will appear, from media, that Newt has turned tail. Of course I also believe Newt is astute enough to not be set up.
I’m afraid Barry is going to be too busy with his $38,500 dinners with his donors to do any debates. Barry is workin’ his ass off trying to get to that one billion dollar rent money for the next for years in the White Hut.
If only he refuses to give on the ‘no moderator’ term, this will be good.
Hume blames Gingrich for the suicide of his outed gay journalist son, who was sleeping with married Repub Congressman Bill Paxon, who was married to Susan Mollinari.
Paxon was part of the group that launched the first coup attempt against Gingrich from inside the Republican Party in Summer ‘97.
Another of the plotters, Majority Leader Dick Armey, scuttled the coup when he learned that Paxon, and not he, would replace Gingrich. Armey later disavowed the whole attempt and claimed not to have been involved.
A few months later, in February 1998, Paxon launched an attempt to unseat Armey from his leadership position. Just days later, Sandy Hume killed himself with a gunshot to the head.
Just days after that, Paxon suddenly and inexplicably resigned and never returned to public life.
I throw away every RNC mailing and tell their telemarketers I’m giving to individual candidates.
You’ll be lucky to get one debate.
Obama has a fawning media - he doesn’t need to give you air time Newt. Especially when he is constantly screwing up everytime he’s off the teleprompter.

I hope I’m wrong but predict that HUSSEIN, the coward and narcissist, WILL NOT DO EVEN ONE DEBATE WITH GINGRICH. But how can he do that you say? He’s the frikkin’ POTUS and he doesn’t give a rat’s arse what our side thinks of him. The Annointed Won will assume that he can win without doing the debates. With the help of Valerie and Plouffe, Moochie too, he’ll come up with some lame brain excuse for not doing them.
He’ll get some negative feedback at first..but people are quick forgetters, especially the drones.
Another Freeper suggested that he hasn’t been the same since the sad death of his son from suicide a while back.

He’s the only one running with enough balls to say that.
What’s the worse that could happen? The media come after him with a hate-storm??
