As I understand your electoral laws, Palin cannot endorse any candidate.
It’s why Todd endorse Gingrich, as a stand-in for her. It’s also why she suggested that if she were a South Caroliner, she would ‘probably’ vote for Gingrich.
She just can’t come straight-out and say so.
Wait, what? Palin is a private citizen. She can endorse anyone she wishes.
