Your list is selectively editted. You fail to include Strom Thurmond, Jesse Helms and a former Democrat who launched his successful GOP primary bid with a “southern strategy” in Philadelphia, Mississippi, Ronald Reagan.

Elvis, I was just going to tell you that you know it and I know it, and that any historian knows it as well (especially the Left which has always hated the South), but that there is now a noisy little band of South-bashers within the GOP dedicated to chirping their version of ignorance, the facts be damned.
