1 Corinthians 5-13 “I wrote to you in my letter not to associate with sexually immoral people— not at all meaning the people of this world who are immoral, or the greedy and swindlers, or idolaters. In that case you would have to leave this world. 11 But now I am writing to you that you must not associate with anyone who claims to be a brother or sister but is sexually immoral or greedy, an idolater or slanderer, a drunkard or swindler. Do not even eat with such people. What business is it of mine to judge those outside the church? Are you not to judge those inside? God will judge those outside. “Expel the wicked person from among you.” I am Catholic, Newt is Catholic, ergo I am within my rights to judge Newt, just as the Church is within their rights to judge me.

There are NO special privileges given to anyone in Matthew 7. Sexually immoral, OR GREEDY, Idolater OR SLANDERER, Drunkard or swindler... do not even eat with such people.... Don't vote for Newt IF that is your cup of 'tea'.

Sexual immorality is NOT limited only to flesh adultery... alone. Paul says in IICorinthians 11:1

Would to God ye could bear with me a little in my folly: and indeed bear with me.

2 For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy: for I have espoused you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste *virgin* TO Christ.

3 BUT I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtility, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.

Spiritual adultery/idolatry is why the Heavenly Father DIVORCED the House of Israel as recorded in Jeremiah 3:8.

There is NOT one flesh being on this earth that has authority to 'JUDGE' Newt, after he has publicly stated he REPENTED. Course you do not have to 'eat' with him.
