I’ve been to your state, danced in your ocean, felt your rains on my face, met your true ladies and true gentlemen, witnessed your rich and patriotic history, and loved your food.

Today, I witnessed the great people of South Carolina change the tide of what may very well lead to a more promising future for our country.

I thank you, my two grown children thank you, my bride thanks you and our 8 grandchildren thank you.
