In this non hypothetical on FR the equivalent to your FIL told you at the door today that bashing Newt and any other conservative was now off limits.
So do you
A: Follow his direction:
B: Bash anyway / argue with him about it since that’s your expression of opinion
C: Say “OK see ya” and leave?
Because that’s exactly the choice you have here and you claim B is perfectly acceptable when it morally/ethically/and in decency/respect it is not.

My choice it to express my honest, conservative and often times critical opinion of Newt. If you want to take that as bashing then that’s your choice. The choice to ban me to not however isn’t yours. This is not your site and you don’t get to decide how Jim views my posts.
