Romney couldn’t answer when he’ll release taxes, even when reminded his father released 12 years of records when running for office. Santorum (a nice guy) was complantive like he expected a fair world, Newt brawled right out of the gate, and to me that is what will be needed to unseat the manchild king occupying the WH. jus sayin’
Newt’s on Greta right now and its hard for him to stop smiling long enough to answer her questions.
Romney should release his taxes - when Obama releases his grades and test scores, and explains the tax treatment of his Rezco - house.
Romney’s taxes are undoubtedly complex, and will reveal a lot. Also - undoubtedly - there are some “tax expert opinions” about timings of expenses etc - that the media WILL put “experts” on TV - calling him a tax cheat - right or wrong - every single day.
Look what they are doing now - I happened to drive 8 hours today, channel surfing. NPR covered his taxes and “off shore accounts” once an hour, with “economic experts” spewing juvenile opinions. Not once - mentioning that his accounts are legal, and 15% is the law for capital gains.
Imagine - when they get someone to argue the accelerated depreciation of a gutter spout on some house. “TAx Cheat” !!!!!!!!!!!!” - every single day. Remember the Valerie Plame insanity?
There is zero need to give our enemy any information.
And I don’t even like Romney.
Gingrich demonstrated how to deal with the media - as outright enemies. Attack their credibility - at every minute. Expose their facetious protection of Obama. They ask about taxes - you turn it around - and ask when they are asking Obama about Bill Ayers. Ask about Rezco, and tax accounting of Obama’s house - (illegal). Ask for property tax records, etc.
I can't see any reason Mitt would ever release his taxes. Proof that he's in the top .0001%, a Wall Street insider, who has probably given millions to the Mormon church. LOL!! We aren't seeing them in April, or any other time.
That's the bottom line. McCain ran a campaign where he refused to say anything mean about Obama, and lost heavily. We need a candidate who is not afraid to fight, and is willing to rip the opponent's throat out.
Another defining moment for Gingrich was when he told a gay activist that if gay marriage is the only thing he cared about, that he should vote for Obama, but if he cared about the economy and national security, then vote for Newt.
