Santorum has really disappointed me. I used to used think that he was the real deal but, after the Spector endorsement that did it for me. My eyes were opened.

Post debate the CNN group noticed Santorum trying to use a Cold War paranoia strategy against Newt by suggesting he's too unstable to have his finger on the button.
CNN "fact check" defends Obama against Santorum's claim on military cuts.

Today is a sad day for me. Perrys dropping, out has altered the face of the debates. Yeah, sad for me too. Sad for the country really, they passed up our best chance for a real conservative who would have turned Washington on its ear.

I agree Onyx, it was boring. The only good parts were the first 5 minutes and the last 5 minutes when Newt called the Kenyan Marxist and an Alinsky radical and said if you think he was bad the first 4 years, you haven’t seen anything yet. I’m all in for Newt! He is the only one with the balls to take on Barry Soetoro the homo Islamic Marxist Kenyan.

Santorum is still being a petulant little boy while talking to Greta.
I will take Newt over Rick any day.
To: RetSignman
Agreed. Of the four candidates up there, I probably side with Santorum on most of the issues. But he is completely unable to present a likable version of himself.
Nixon had issues with the TV but I think even he presented a friendlier demeanor than Santorum.

He did. On Greta. He also thanked Sarah Palin for her support of him in SC.

TAKE MITT OUT FIRST. Let the best man win after that. We all agree that Santorum or Gingrich would be vastly better than Willard Romney the open socialist. AMEN Brother FReeper.

The only way we are going to get the DC crowd back to being productive the the US is to have DC experience. Mr. Speaker has that. I have had the pleasure of many personal experiences with Newt from being a retired reporter. OK, he's a little flakey sometimes. Who isn't. Great heart and a wonderful person. Give me his experience any time. Good to know. Thanks.

Santorum is probably pissed about Newt saying he should drop out earlier this week. I wonder if Newt did that just to make him come unhinged at the debate.

Did Santorum just say his 7 year old father came here with his grandfather???? His dad was not a NBC? No, but Sen. Santorum's father was presumably naturalized at some point, either with his father or of his own accord, before the birth of Sen. Santorum. Such naturalization documents are yet to be disclosed to the public though.
