Exactly. If we get stuck with the likes of Romney or Newt the conservatives needs to stand together and take down the GOP. This year. This should be the stand...we are out of time. Third Party all the way.You betcha!

" I do find it amusing, however, that you condemn Newt as a RINO, while stumping for big government "conservative" Santorum, the guy who basically fornicated us all when he helped to return Arlen Specter to the Senate over and against a real conservative like Pat Toomey, back in 2004. "
As Ronald Reagan once said " There you go again " .... same old, same old tired old talking points.
Yeah, give Newt a pass on supporting that liberal woman for congress, but, don't forgive Santorum for supporting Spector over Toomey.... Toomey didn't turn out to be such a good choice after all.... yeah, forget about all that...
I find it amusing, and hyper hypocritical of the Newt supporters to condemn Santoruom for supporting Spector over Toomey ( Toomey voted to repeal the ban in the military of sodomy and bestiality in case you don't know .. unless that's a unconventional face to handle ).

If you take the all the report sources as anything more thing self-promoting wheeler-dealers who would not care if they could ever delivery what they were promising, then you at the minimum must believe what Marianne said about her marriage.
If that was true she very likely was wheeler-dealing for herself with an idea of a later bait-and-switch involving that Israeli trade group and the felon arms-dealer Soghanalian.
That FBI story is already bubbling up on the internet.
Conservatives must roll the dice and demand Gingrich face-down the ex-wife or take a powder.

BTW...Santorum is the ONLY candidate that has explained the Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution correctly - no one else is even close.
I happen to believe in those contracts. They must be something different to you - living and breathing maybe? Or do they just belong in a museum and are an interesting piece of history?
Because if you keep supporting Newt that is where they are going to end up.

That is your opinion and a vile one at that. I think he loves his wife, children and grand children and being a grandfather. Shame on you. GO NEWT GO!

Uh...yes she was. When Newt was married to #1, Marianne “was sleeping around” with Newt.

I don’t like Newt, I think he’s scum, but this is the hand the GOP has dealt us.
I do think of all the candidates Newt still has the best shot at beating Obama, and that’s not a great shot, at that.
In my book, this shows that it’s time for GOP to join the ash heap of history....take the good GOP politicians in place, and create a new movement from the GOP’s ashes, and banish those who have gotten the party to its’ lowly state.

" Weird, when you look at that list, you get the impression theres some kind of avalanche of skeletons tumbling out of the closet. When its really just one crazy old lady consumed in bitterness. "
Sooooooooooooooooo ? it was her fault , and it was her that caused Newt to sit on the couch with Nancy of him going to the dark side of Global Warming Hoax ?
So ? it was her fault that caused him to say " Right wing engineering " .... or will the Newt supporters say, when ever Newt has a slip of words... Opps ? just a mistake ?
Right, and let's say for example Newt does not do well on SC ? there will be whining waling, and nashing of teeth here on FR and all the excuses in the book and blaming going around.

The story I read was that newt told them he could not take money, but they could pay his wife. I looked for it last night, but could not locate the story. It is bookmarked in my crashed computer.

Thanks for that info. It really speaks volumes...
Incredible how much of a POS Newt really is.
To understand the progressives in our country people really need to study the Fabian Socialists and their imagery...
Re-shape the world in they image they want it to be and what is their most important icon - A WOLF IN SHEEP’s CLOTHING!!!
People are suckers and our country is doomed!

I sort of agree. The GOP is in its death throes. Conservatives don’t have much of a choice.
We need our own third party. We almost had it with Sarah Palin, but then she quit.
What to do next?

Not quite the same (if the stories are to be believed) - being with someone who is divorcing is bad but not nearly as bad as being with someone who is married and who’s spouse doesn’t know it’s either open or ending.
The safe bet is someone unmarried - less anger, stabbing, gunshots, and torpedoed presidential bids on that route.

Hi Karl,
Don’t know if you’ve got the news, but since Clinton, none of this matters any more. If Newt can fix the country, I don’t care.
The liberals can’t have it both ways. They want to piss on marriage as an institution by allowing ANYBODY to enter into it with ANYBODY else. At the same time, they want us to be morally outraged at the idea of adultery and divorce.
Adultery, divorce, marriage - they are all personal decisions entered into by TWO people, not one. As such, I don’t think this matters much when Iran’s about to get the bomb and liberals think a 1700 mile pipeline will bring in fewer jobs than a 1.7 mile extension on a road.
Mr. Rove, (and Mr. Romney), you should find other work.

I think of it more as Sarah decided to abandon the sinking ship.
She is in prime position to be a major factor in the new political movement that spawns in the wake of the GOP’s demise.
