Thanks for the ping Jaz. Boy I took a bad day to stay off the FR boards. As you two among a few others I pinged back to will have observed as to what I had been doing. And I have so many other pings to take care of tomorrow. I'm shot from the earlier carrier operations. It was so real.... the flight model I am using is so close to the real Hornet. Slight mistakes and one could go into the drink, lose normal flight characteristics. In short. The aircraft I am flying has been described by some aviators, at least one who fly F18 in real life, as being so close to the real thing, it is comparable to Navy simulators, where the aircraft flown are like the real ones.
Sorry for repeating stuff....I'm still coming down from a high in what I accomplished as well as EQUALLY being so pleased to hear our Marine might soon be totally off the hook. I'm so proud of them all. All they have sacrificed in Iraq, Afghanistan, and elsewhere over time.
