Can Newt please stop using the 3rd person. Please. Show some humility and modesty for a few days at least. Keep your ego in check for a few days and don’t squander any potential goodwill.

Third person is fine.

All of the candidates use the third person. It actually sounds less arrogant than saying “I” all of the time.
Not sure I understand you. Giving thanks to his team is not showing humility? WE I would think pertains to his team.
