Just a guess, but for those who might say they won’t vote for Rick who were formerly supportive, they might be sick of him casting the pearls of Texas before the swine who prefer to ignore what he and we have wrought here, and would prefer he stop and come back home.

That said, there’s no excuse for a plurality of Texas Republicans to pick Romney.

That would say far more about what is wrong with them than it would say about Perry.

Just like the misplaced glee in your post, along with your missing the key story of Romney surging among southern Republicans, says more about you than anyone else...

Quite frankly, I would just as soon Rick Perry were President of the Republic of Texas and we could just tell the rest of the country to buzz off.

I really, really like Rick Perry and I'm sorry he hasn't done better .... but then again how many years has the "well-lubricated weathervane" Mitt been practicing campaigning on a national stage? Last I heard, Perry doesn't qualify for the CNN debate but they were making plans to let him participate anyway. I'm thinking the time is at hand for him to gracefully bow out, but I hope he tries again. Next time out, he needs to wear his cowboy boots on the campaign trail, not just when he's hunting varmints!

Mitt will win big in Florida, that’s my prediction and I will tell you the reason. Snowbirds.... people that left their crappy states up north after they screwed them up and came down here to enjoy our beautiful beaches and weather. Those are the ones that will give Florida to Mittens. I’m sure some are just voting for anybody but Barry the Marxist Kenyan and they want to vote for whoever they think will beat him, but still, I blame the snowbirds mainly.
I’m voting for Newt, end of story.
