I believe that once a person has completed their sentence and fulfilled their legal obligations, they should have their rights as a citizen reinstated. You have a problem with that?

You have a problem with that?A lot of states already have these laws on the books allowing felons - once on the straight and narrow - to regain their voting rights through a petition process.
