The first amendment made it harder for illegals to collect social security. Santorum voted in favor. The second amendment stripped money from states making it harder for them to deal with their own immigration problems. Santorum voted against stripping money from states.

TX has spent $400 MILLION of our own tax dollars to control the border! We didn't get any help from Santorum!

That is a big part of the illegal immigration problem...Congress has looked the other way and left the border states on our own!
