Considering the fact that Obammy "Care" is mandatory for everyone in the u.S. (unless you have a bammy waver) and most folks will not even put 2 + 2 together until well after they are "in violation."
I would say roughly half the firearm owners in the entire country would become "felons" in just a matter of a few months after the Individual Mandate goes into effect. Once you are in violation it is forever, even if you get square with the Obammy Care folks.
You will have a documented felony that the feds will point to as their reason to force you to disarm.
As far as enforcement for voting rights?
