The thing is that these morons don’t realize that EVERY person commits on average no less than 3 felonies a day.

Huh? Do you have a source for that?

I'm not an expert on the voting record of Santorum but I saw enough to know that he is NOT a small gov't and he is NOT a states rights supporter. He is a union supporter...voted against national Right to Work legislation.

When Santorum endorsed Arlen Specter...he meant it!

Prison is where debt is paid. You can feel however you want about a person individually, but once they are out, debt paid (not on parole or probation) then rights should be reinstated. If they can’t vote then they’re not even citizens, we might as well kick them out of the country.

Take away the social issues from the mix, and RS is just a C or C minus conservative at best.

Grade A on social issues, but not so hot other than that.

What you said.

Right, Rombot.

That is so intellectually lazy and frankly, ridiculous. I was a Cain supporter probably before you every knew who he was and have been a Newt supporter since October, maybe early November. The idea that you jumped to the conclusion that I was in any way a Romney supporter demonstrates an incredible lack of something. Intellect? Reason? Comprehension? Or maybe it demonstrates a over abundance of something. Paranoia? Hatred? Anger? Something. You weren't even close.

I don’t get what you are saying at all.

It’s a story, I assume the numbers are verifiable, which is about Rick Santorum’s actions, not his words... is how he handled his charitable organization off limits? He’s the best christian running, we are told, by him and others.

I support Newt.

Uhhhh, where is it written in the Constitution that there is a universal ‘right’ to vote?

The states should put the filter on the masses of asses they deem fit to vote.

We need less MORONS voting, not more.

Santorum was a bottomfeeding candidate in Iowa that nobody attacked, .......It was a full on barrage against Newt. Santorum stayed out of the fight and was one of the last surviving turds floating to the top of the Iowa punchbowl along with Romney.

Santorum, Perry, and that freshly tasered wide-eyed sanduskite POS Ron Paul should all go play in traffic somewhere.

We are in a very dangerous time. The establishment is now in full swing doing their absolute best to divide the conservative movement and forces us to suppert big government RINO and flip flopper Mittens Romney. We must acknowledge that anybody left (I happen to support Santorum) must gain support and stop him. This is going to be DEVASTATING in a general election with Romney at the top of the ticket! Enthusiasm will be dampened and will have colossal impact on Senate and House races! We must rise up and give a collective NO to Romney!

I am merely pointing out that the voting record of Rick Santorum is primarily RINO.
We need to know this before we all jump on his bandwagon.
He needs to be properly vetted.

You seem to be shilling for some other candidate, I won’t speculate who.

This is a federal law saying that ex-felons should have the right to vote IN FEDERAL ELECTIONS after they have served their time and cleared parole.

I hate to say it, but if you leave it up to the state politicians to decide who can vote and who cannot, AFTER they have paid the full price for their crimes, then it is usually the DEMOCRATS who cheat and lie. It’s the DEMOCRATS who would restore voting rights to Democrat-voting ex-felons and refuse to restore them to anyone who might vote Republican.

Notice that Santorum did not even say that ex-felons should have a right to vote in state or local elections. That’s up to the state or locality, although I’m sure there is a lot of DEMOCRAT and MACHINE corruption involved, deciding who gets to vote and who doesn’t.

I have not seen the figures, but given that most voter corruption these days is DEMOCRAT, I would imagine that it’s the Democrats who profit most by those state rules about lifetime elimination from voting in federal elections.

"If a felon has served all his time, is his debt to society not paid?"

That is what I am thinking too. I don't think the Constitution has much to say about this so I guess it would be up to the states for local/state elections and Congress for federal election. I have not given the issues much thought so there might be good arguments against Santorun here.

Not into bashing Santorum but I have serious problems with singling out manufacturing for a 0 tax rate, I thought that law was suppose to apply equaling for all? A 0 tax rate for one seems like big government social engineering to me.

I disagree with you on Santorum. I think he will be a true fighter for the conservative cause in the WH. Gingrich is my 2nd choice. But we are both in agreement how bad Romney is and he’ll be decimated by Obama

...But this troubles me.

Me too! This clown probably believes in sanctuary cities for illegal aliens.

In essence what he's saying is:

"Sex offenders, illegals, murderers, rapists, robbers... should be allowed to vote."

.

Bzzzzt, you lose. Thanks for playing.

Yes, I’m used to being called a Rombot lately, or an OWS liberal for arguing that corporate welfare is bad.

Crazy times here at FR.
