I read everything you posted. Why would I not? But, in the end, it is still a flip flop. He’s a politician - he can’t go too far against the will of the people if he wishes to win reelection.

He did the right thing in the end - luckily for your state and the rest of the country.

Our state population centers are near grid-lock because this was blown out of proportion by the environmentalists and Leftists. Infrastructure will have to be addressed. This was purposefully attacked by the Left as a no-growth hit on Texas. They want the money spent on toy trains in inner cities.
