We’re pretty much there already; they’ve given degrees to people that wouldn’t have graduated elementary school 30 years ago. Professors won’t grade honestly for fear of their jobs, so they’re just waved on though. Companies have responded with more thorough testing of job candidates to winnow out “ethnically awarded” degrees from “real” ones; usually a basic short essay (about anything) suffices.
