This is the first time my wife ever used an auto-loader. Even though she's a southpaw, she picked up on it really quick and is pretty accurate with it.
There seems to be a mag shortage though. Haven't found any in the stores. May have to order some from Ruger.

Same here. It’s too bad it didn’t come with at least one extra magazine.

LC9 magazines are available on the Ruger website. Prices + shipping is about what you'll pay retail in a gun store (if you could find them).

Being left-handed there are no downsides to semi-autos. Everything that’s important is ambidextrous now. And you can learn to use your index finger to hit the slide release. That’s where it should be before going for the trigger anyway.
